Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchange or replacement is available within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Exchanges are accepted for wrong, damaged, or defective items only.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if:
- The paid order is cancelled before dispatch.
- The item is unavailable after payment.
- A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or incorrect item.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
